Great host and location. I have to travel for work and this is always my little home away from home when in the area. Perfect spot for anyone wanting to explore Mena and do some riding in the parks. I hope to for me and husband at some point for some riding versus working.

Relaxing Stay

This studio was clean, quiet and comfortable. The back deck overlooking the forest is lovely. It is a good location for accessing some of the many hiking trails in the surrounding area, taking in the views off the Talimena Scenic Drive or checking out the town of Mena.

On The Talimena Drive

This is a lovely converted carriage house on the edge of the Talimena Drive. The house was clean, the kitchen was great for making quick dinners and lots of cups of coffee. I am a tea drinker, so I purchased an electric kettle to make tea for my 20 oz mug, but other than that the kitchen was well equipped for vacation cooking. The bed was very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet so we were able to sleep in and make a leisurely start to our days. The stacked washer and dryer came in handy after a short hike up the Talimena Drive as well as getting our clothes clean after a trudge around an acreage in Waldron. This place provided everything we needed for our trip to Mena. Thumbs up to the Picasso print in the kitchen.
